I worked with Joey late last summer due to pain on my left side, which was worsened by playing golf. Joey was excellent in helping me identify my issues, such as my adductors and IT band, and he developed a tailored program focused on golf performance training. Over the course of 8 weeks in July and August of 2023, he provided me with specific exercises to improve my golf game and address my physical therapy needs as a golfer. As a result, my pain after playing golf significantly decreased. I now play three times a week, and my handicap has returned to where it was before my physical issues began.
