Joey was terrific in helping identify my issues (adductors, IT band, etc) and work out a program to deal with them. During the 8 weeks in July and August of 2023, he worked with me and gave me exercises to address my issues. The result was that my pain after playing golf was significantly decreased. I continue to play 3X a week and my handicap has returned to what is was before my physical problems started. Will this actually help my golf, not just my pain?

Yes because we’re not just chasing symptoms. We look at the movement limitations that show up in your swing and build a plan that improves how you move, rotate, and produce force so the results translate to the course.

How long will it take to see improvement?

It depends on what’s driving the issue and how long it’s been there. Most golfers start noticing meaningful changes within the first few visits, and we’ll give you clear expectations after your evaluation.

Do I need physical therapy or performance training?

Some golfers need to calm pain down and restore movement first (PT). Others are ready to focus on strength, speed, and durability (training). A lot of people do a blend over time. We’ll point you to the best starting point.

Is this worth the time and cost?

If golf matters to you, it usually comes down to this: keep managing it and hoping it doesn’t flare up or fix what’s limiting you so you can play more, move better, and keep improving. We’ll help you decide on the phone consult.
